For 6 generations, the Jaboulet family has left its mark on the wines of the Côtes-du-Rhône. After nearly 30 years spent in the Paul Jaboulet Ainé domain, as head of production, Philippe Jaboulet and his son Vincent chose to leave the Paul Jaboulet Ainé domain to found the family domain Philippe et Vincent Jaboulet.
Today they are both based in Mercurol, in the heart of the mythical Crozes-Hermitage appellation. The estate now has 30 hectares of vines spread over the Crozes Hermitage, Cornas and Ermitage appellations.
Philippe Jaboulet has dedicated his entire life to wine and the vine. After nearly 30 years at the Paul Ainé Jaboulet estate as head of production, he chose to leave the estate to found the Philippe and Vincent Jaboulet estate.
Vincent, his son, is a talented oenologist who has worked all over the world. His studies led him to work in the heart of Australian vineyards. Today, he has chosen to work alongside his father in the family estate.
